Terms and Conditions – Anand Farms, Chennai

TIMINGS:

 

Check in:   10 a.m               Check out: 9 a.m ( For Stay) 

 

Kindly check in at the specified time and check out at the mentioned time based on the timings booked as per your event, shoot or stay.

 

We require your cooperation of timings so that all bookings go on smoothly and no inconvenience is caused to anyone.

 

In case of delay beyond the specified Grace period an additional charge of half-day tariff would be charged and collected.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:

 

A copy or e-copy of your Aadhar Card is mandatory.

 

Your booking is considered to be confirmed for the specified date only when 50% of the tariff is paid as an advance.

 

Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the booking date.

 

In case of cancellation of a booking due to any reason, we do not refund the amount given. The booking can be transferred to the next available date.

Electricity Charges are exclusive of the tariff.

DEPOSIT:

 

An amount of 15,000 INR is to be paid on arrival as a safety deposit. (varies as per purpose)

 

This amount shall be used in case of any damages made to/at the property and/or more depending upon the extent of the damage and the bill for it to be provided to the client including labour and repair charges.  

 

The deposit would be returned as it is after thorough check of the property done by the caretakers if no damage/loss is found.

 

 

PAYMENT MODE:

 

We accept cash, bank transfer and UPI modes of payment and a receipt/ e-receipt would be given/sent of the same.

The terms and conditions of the property are to be read and once the payment is made it is considered that the client is aware of the terms and conditions and would abide by them.

 

 

PURPOSE:

​

Be it an event, shoot or stay, our terms and conditions are applicable to all.

 

​

RESPONSIBILITY:

​

We are not responsible for any injury or loss of life/belongings while you are at the property.

 

Please ensure children are under adult supervision near the pool or anywhere on the property.

 

​

SWIMMING POOL RULES:

 

No children are allowed in the swimming pool without a supervising adult.

​

Night usage of the swimming pool is not allowed.

 

No diving as the pool is 5 feet deep and you are likely to hurt yourself.

 

Wear suitable swim wear. Normal clothing/fabric can clog up the motor.

​

No glass or breakable bottles near the pool area.

 

We are not responsible for your safety.

 

 

 

PERMISSIONS:

 

It is the client’s prerogative to take all prior permissions from the required authorities for any permit with relation to their event/shoot/stay.

 

Loud Music is allowed to play only until 10 pm as per government guidelines.

 

Smoking and drinking are not allowed at the property.

​

 

DÉCOR & CATERING:

​

We are flexible for working with outside caterers. Clients can book caterers of their own choice. We could make recommendations for the same should you wish to.

​

Clients are free to choose external decorators or we could recommend from our panel as well.

​

Use of screw, nails, stickers or posters are not allowed inside/outside the villa.

​

​

The property reserves its rights to alter, modify, delete or impose any of the rules for the betterment of services as and when required.
